Privacy Policy

1. The text you process

Text you paste into any of our tools (paraphraser, humanizer, grammar checker, summarizer, essay writer, notes creator, AI detector) is processed in server memory to generate your result and is immediately discarded. We do not store, log, sell, or use your text to train any model.

2. Usage counting

To keep the tools free and prevent abuse, we count tool uses per IP address. This record contains only your IP address, a counter, timestamps, and whether the IP is linked to a verified email. It contains none of your text.

3. Email addresses

If you enter your email to unlock unlimited access or create an account, we store that email together with the time of signup and the IP it came from. We use it to (a) provide the access you requested, and (b) occasionally send updates about our tools if you have verified your address. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We never sell or share your email with third parties.

Account passwords are hashed with bcrypt before storage. We cannot see your password, and it is never stored in plain text.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and browser local storage to remember your usage count and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Email verification

When you sign up, we check that your email address is deliverable (using format checks and mail-server lookups) and send you a confirmation link. Verification links expire after use.

6. Data removal

To have your email or account removed from our records, contact us via the contact page and we will delete it within 30 days.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
